Project Coordinator – Full Time

Join our team as a Project Coordinator and play a key role in coordinating our kitchen and bath projects to ensure timely orders, on-time delivery, quality of materials and installation of materials that meet or exceeds the AMD standards of excellence. We’re looking for a strongly organized professional with effective communication skills to manage coordination of multiple projects.

Role Summary:
​
As the Project Coordinator, the role is to proactively manage the coordination of project materials—ensuring timely, efficient delivery and upholding the highest standards of material quality and installation, consistent with the excellence expected by the AMD team. In addition, this role supports clients through warranty replacement orders and in-home service needs, maintaining AMD’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
​
1: To manage the material ordering process, ensuring that all items arrive on schedule, in good condition, and are installed in accordance with AMD’s quality standards

Order project materials in a timely manner based on projected project timeframes confirming the orders align with the designers selections and quantities needed to provide a seamless installation.

Actively use excellent time management skills to monitor material ETAs to ensure timely arrivals, and notify the team within 24 hours of any issues such as backordered, damaged, or delayed items.

Be prepared and on time for project material deliveries to inspect quantities, verify the correct items, and ensure all materials arrive undamaged.

Use a detailed mindset to monitor the installation of materials to ensure alignment with the designer’s plan and compliance with the standard of excellence expected by the AMD team.
2: Serve as the AMD point of contact for scheduling and coordinating materials across all project phases.

Demonstrate strong communication skills to coordinate scheduled materials with the contractor, client, vendor, and designer—clearly conveying accurate dates and timeframes, and securing confirmation from all parties.

Foster close, professional partnerships with builders, vendors, and clients to support seamless project execution.

Leverage strong organizational skills to develop, maintain, and oversee a streamlined and efficient project tracking system.
3: Act as AMD’s primary point of contact for all warranty and service issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with clients and vendors.

Serve as the main point of contact for service requests from clients or contractors. Respond within 24 hours and schedule the service promptly to resolve the issue efficiently.

Process replacement or warranty part orders within 24 hours, ensuring accuracy, proper shipment, and delivery in good condition.

Maintain ongoing follow-up on warranty services to ensure they are resolved efficiently and to the client's satisfaction.

Organize and stock essential service items, including cabinet hinges, bumpers, hinge restrictors, and related supplies.

Demonstrate strong client service and practical handyman skills to professionally perform cabinetry repairs and adjustments in client environments.
